Open a recording

  1. Go to Library and select a video.
  2. Choose Open viewer.
  3. Play the video, search for a phrase, or open the timestamped transcript.

Use context, not just a timestamp

The viewer connects a video with its available search index and transcript. Selecting a result seeks playback to the relevant moment so you can watch what happened before and after the match.

When a recording is still processing

Playback and search readiness are separate. If expected text or transcript results are missing, inspect the recording’s enrichment status in the library before assuming the viewer has a complete index.

Keep the recording together

A recording contains more than an MP4. Its searchable context is stored in related artifacts. Use the recording archive workflow when you want to package those files together.
