Start with setup health
Settings provides setup health, runtime diagnostics, log-folder access and a diagnostics report export. The one-button test-recording workflow checks capture and the produced recording artifacts, then queues enrichment.
Inspect a recording
Library validation checks the recording’s video, index, status, player, audio and SQLite artifacts. Use it when playback or expected results are missing.
Inspect search coverage
The library includes Search Audit, Performance and Repair actions. These help inspect index coverage and processing behavior, or queue targeted reprocessing and rebuild work.
Provide useful support context
A support bundle collects diagnostic material. Review it before sharing, and include the operation you attempted, the result you expected, and the error or behavior you saw.
