Edit and save guides
Refine instructions, annotate images and return to a saved guide later.
Edit the explanation
Select a step in the list. Update its title and description to explain the action and the intended outcome. Keep the screenshot and the written explanation in agreement.
Direct attention in the screenshot
The screenshot editor includes box, circle, arrow, highlight and text tools. Use them to point out the control or area that matters. Image edits can be undone. For private information, use the protection tools instead of drawing over the content with an annotation.
Save an editable guide
Save Guide keeps the current guide; Save Guide As creates a separately named guide. Use Open Guide or the guide library to return to saved work. Saving an editable guide and exporting a document are different operations.
Remove unnecessary captures
Select individual or multiple steps for deletion. Review the selection first. The app also provides a delete-all action when you intend to clear the guide.
