Bring a video into the managed library and prepare it for search.
Bring existing work into the library
You can import a video you already have rather than recording the task again. The import workflow creates a managed recording folder, converts the video to the supported MP4 workflow, and prepares the associated status, index and player artifacts.
- Choose Import Video from the app.
- Select the source video.
- Wait for import to finish and find the recording in Library.
- Follow enrichment progress, then open the viewer to use available search results.
Understand the source limits
Blurry screen text can limit OCR. Missing or unclear audio can limit transcript results. An imported video uses the same local enrichment workflow as a newly recorded video.
